As a Pointing Sign
1. Used at the beginning or end of a sentence or next to a verb to refer to the place where the signer is now. English = here.
2. Used alone or next to a noun to refer to a person or thing which has been mentioned already in a conversation and is close in time, importance or relevance to the signer. English = this.
3. Used immediately before or after a verb sign, to mean that something does the action of the verb, or it is affected by the action of the verb. English = it.
