1. A group of words which, when they are written down, begin with a capital letter and end with a full stop. English = sentence.
Note
1. This sign is used in the Australasian Signed English system. It has been accepted and used as an Auslan sign by only some younger deaf signers who were educated using Signed English, but most deaf people do not use it. They use the other sign found in Signbank for SENTENCE.
